How far do you travel to deliver?

At T&T, we always go the extra mile, literally! We offer free delivery and setup (if needed) within a 30-mile round trip. For distances beyond that, a small mileage fee applies. That said, we’re not in the business of nickel-and-diming our customers. We calculate mileage charges based on our delivery routes for the day, taking into account other scheduled orders to keep costs as low as possible. We've even made deliveries up to three hours away!

What if I am in need of a larger board for my event? Do you offer custom boards?

We always encourage customers to reach out, T&T is committed to doing what we can to make it work! We're happy to collaborate, explore ideas, and find solutions that suit your needs. You never know, your idea might inspire something new for our business!

We also offer special featured boards throughout the year, including festive, limited-time options during the holiday season. These come in a variety of sizes and styles, perfect for celebrating and sharing with others!

How much notice do you need for an order?

To absolutely guarantee your spot, we recommend booking at least two weeks in advance. That said, I’m proud to say I’ve only had to say “no” three times in three years! My team and I always do everything we can to make it happen.

I always say, just ask! Even if something shows as unavailable, don’t hesitate to reach out. Some things are easy to shift around, or another team member might be able to help. We do our best to stay flexible and accommodating.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or preferences?

Yes, we’re happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences! When placing your order, simply use the note section to share any specific needs or requests. Please note that in some cases, there may be a small upcharge depending on the ingredients or adjustments required, but we’ll always do our best to keep it reasonable and transparent.

Do you offer setup for events?

Yes, all Graze Tables and Graze Cups include full setup, so you can relax and focus on enjoying your event. Everything is prepared and presented in an eye-catching, aesthetic way that’s sure to be a conversation piece! For Graze Tables, setup typically takes about 2 hours.
